It is the owner/manager’s responsibility to keep this information up to date.
2. Booking Commitment:Property owners/managers agree to honor all confirmed bookings made through Izifiso.com. They are responsible for ensuring the accommodation is ready for guests as per the agreed-upon booking terms and for processing payments for property rentals in accordance with the specified payment terms.
3. Guest Interaction:Property owners/managers must communicate promptly with guests, addressing booking inquiries, check-in and check-out procedures, and any other essential information regarding the stay. They must provide clear instructions and assist guests in making their experience seamless and enjoyable.

 

Payment Terms
Payments for our stays, car rentals, or packages can be made online via credit card, debit card, net banking, or other accepted methods. Cash payments are also accepted, with a voucher provided as proof. Always verify booking details when paying through channels outside this website, as we are not responsible for fraud committed under our name. Refunds are based on the specific policy listed on each property's page and will be processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation. Cancellations cannot be made via phone or email.
