We are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless booking process for all our guests. Our Refunds & Cancellation Policy is in place to offer a clear and fair approach when it comes to cancellations and refunds. Please review this policy thoroughly before making a reservation with us.

 

Stay
Cancellation (by Guest)
If you wish to cancel a reservation made on izifiso.com, the cancellation policy of the property you booked will apply. Policies vary by property and are clearly outlined during the booking process. We recommend reviewing the property’s cancellation policy before confirming your reservation. To cancel a booking, simply log in to your account, go to the "Bookings" section in your Dashboard, and follow the cancellation steps. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the property’s policy and will be credited within 5-7 business days.

Please note: Cancellations cannot be processed via phone or email & all calculations are made on the total invoice or receipt amount. 

Different Stay Cancellation policies

Type 1

• Within 1-2 days before trip day 50% Of Billing Price
• 3+days before trip day 25% Of Billing Price

 

Modification
For any booking modifications, including changes to the number of participants, accommodation, or transportation, please contact our team via WhatsApp at 8447745964. Our team will provide all necessary details regarding applicable charges and guide you through the process.

Please note: Only written communication via WhatsApp will be considered valid for confirming trip modifications. Verbal or personal requests will not be accepted.

 

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is available only for individual stay bookings by paying an additional non-refundable amount, which will be displayed during the booking process. This amount is neither refundable nor transferable to your wallet. Please note that the rescheduling option is not applicable to packages.

1+ days before trip day 25% Of Booking Price
For example, if your total billing amount is ₹5,000 and you pay a token amount to activate a rescheduling-friendly booking (which is not included in your total billing amount), the rescheduling will follow these terms: Upon rescheduling, 25% of your billing amount (₹1,250) will be deducted, and the remaining ₹3,750 will be transferred to your Izifiso wallet.
If the booking allows rescheduling, it will be processed as per the specified terms. If the booking is not rescheduling-friendly, the option will not be available.

PleaseNote: Rescheduling requests cannot be made via phone or email.

 

24 hours date shifting free policy 
You may modify your booking to a new date within 24 hours of the original booking time. For example, if your reservation was made on 1st January at 1:00 PM, you can reschedule it to any time before 2nd January at 1:00 PM. Please note that modifications or changes to the booking date will not be permitted beyond this 24-hour window. Additionally, there must be a minimum gap of 48 hours between the booking date and check-in date for this policy to apply. For instance, if the booking is made on 1st January (Thursday) and the check-in date is 3rd January (Saturday), the "24-Hour Date Change Policy" will not be applicable.

Trip & Package
Cancellation (by guest)
The following fees apply to trip and package cancellations. The cancellation charges will be calculated based on the total billing amount of the trip or package.

Cancellation Charges

• 0–3 days before the trip: 100%(Billing Price) (No refund)
• 4–6 days before the trip: 50%(Billing Price)
• 7–14 days before the trip: 35%(Billing Price)
• 15+days before the trip: 25% (Billing Price)

Rescheduling
Please note: “Reschedule” and “24 hours date shifting free policy” option does not apply to packages.

Reservation Cancellation (by Izifiso.com)
izifiso.com reserves the right to cancel a reservation in the following circumstances:

a. Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of God, government regulations, or any other situation that makes it impossible or unsafe to fulfill the reservation or continue the trip, guests shall be responsible for any additional expenses incurred as per the situation. Izifiso.com will provide guidance throughout the process. However, if the trip is interrupted or ends prematurely due to such circumstances, Izifiso.com shall not be held responsible.

b. Property Unavailability: If the reserved property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, such as property damage, maintenance issues, or any other reason, izifiso.com may cancel the reservation and provide alternative accommodation of equal or higher value, or issue a full refund to the guest.

Refund Processing
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed by izifiso.com within 07 - 10 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be issued to the same method of payment used for the original reservation unless otherwise specified.
